Job Title: Hotel Housekeeper/ Room Attendant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Room Preparation: Clean and prepare guest rooms following established cleaning procedures and standards.
  • VIP Rooms: Ensure assigned rooms are in good condition and free of defects by conducting thorough cleaning procedures and verifying that in-room equipment is in good working order
  • Unit Takeover and Handover: Conduct round checks for defects in collaboration with the maintenance team, set up room by replacing existing linens in the unit with the Mana Mana Hospitality linens
  • Cleaning Tasks: Change bed linens, arrange furniture, and ensure room decor is aesthetically pleasing, bathroom sanitization, thoroughly clean and sanitise bathroom fixtures, surfaces, and mirrors, and replenish toiletries and towels, ensuring a well-stocked and inviting bathroom.
  • Linen Management: Collect dirty linens, transport them to the laundry area, and distribute clean linens to guest rooms, monitor and maintain an organised inventory of linens and guest supplies.
  • Trolley Management: Ensure all trolleys are stocked and in good work order, stocks are to be recorded accordingly upon placement in the trolleys
  • Waste Management: Distinguishing between wet and dry waste, and efficiently managing waste suitable for recycling.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
  • Previous experience in hospitality or Housekeeping is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
