  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Intern Quantity Surveyor to join our team. This internship provides hands-on experience in cost estimation, contract administration, and project budgeting. The intern will support the quantity surveying team in various stages of project development, gaining valuable industry exposure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents.
  • Support in measurement and quantity take-offs for construction projects.
  • Assist in evaluating subcontractor quotations and preparing comparison reports.
  • Participate in site visits to monitor project progress and verify work done for interim payments.
  • Assist in the review of contracts, variation orders, and claims.
  • Work closely with the team to ensure accurate documentation and compliance with project requirements.
  • Help in preparing progress reports and cost analysis.
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
