Requirements/Skills:

  • Oversee the management of fuel transaction discrepancies, ensuring accurate monitoring, recording, and verification.
  • Ensure the efficient administration of the company’s vehicle fleet, including all related processes and documentation.
  • Coordinate the receipt and processing of vehicle documentation from various sources, including suppliers and regulatory bodies.
  • Maintain an organized system for vehicle documentation and records, ensuring easy access and retrieval.
  • Supervise and monitor the work of subordinates effectively.
  • Manage and organize records and disposal of scheduled waste from the fleet workshop.
  • Document and follow up on vehicle accidents or incidents.
  • Communicate with suppliers, regulatory authorities, branch heads, and insurance companies as needed.

Requirements/Skills:

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a any field.
  • Alternatively, SPM (Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia) or an equivalent qualification.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage a large volume of vehicle documentation and records.
