- Coordinate the receipt and processing of vehicle documentation from various sources, including suppliers and regulatory bodies.
- Maintain an organized system for vehicle documentation and records, ensuring easy access and retrieval.
- Supervise and monitor the work of subordinates effectively.
- Manage and organize records and disposal of scheduled waste from the fleet workshop.
- Document and follow up on vehicle accidents or incidents.
- Communicate with suppliers, regulatory authorities, branch heads, and insurance companies as needed.
Requirements/Skills:
- Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a any field.
- Alternatively, SPM (Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia) or an equivalent qualification.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage a large volume of vehicle documentation and records.
