Your Role & Responsibilities Manage administrative tasks for the Innovation Team. Assist in handling incoming and outgoing communication, including phone calls, emails, and official correspondences. Analyze, prepare, and coordinate reports, job orders, and invoices for the Innovation Team. Arrange and schedule meetings with customers and suppliers as required. Liaise between internal teams and the Innovation Team to ensure smooth coordination. Prepare letters, pictorial reports, and professional correspondences. Maintain records and ensure compliance with company policies, legal guidelines, and ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 requirements. Provide assistance to the Sales Person, Chief Innovation Officer when required. Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of Department. What We’re Looking For Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken). At least 3 years of experience in administrative or sales support roles. Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) – essential for daily operations. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
