Role Overview:
The Business Development role at Envicion Studio focuses on identifying new business opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This includes developing strategic partnerships, pitching services, and managing the sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:1. Lead Generation & Sales

  • Identify and research potential clients in property development and related industries.
  • Develop and execute outreach strategies via LinkedIn, email, and networking events.
  • Pitch Envicion Studio’s services (branding, digital marketing, creative content) to prospective clients.
  • Follow up on leads, conduct meetings, and close deals.

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Act as the key point of contact for client inquiries and project discussions.

3. Market Research & Strategic Planning

  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
  • Develop proposals, presentations, and business strategies to expand Envicion’s reach.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to align business strategies with branding and marketing efforts.

4. Proposal & Quotation Management

  • Prepare business proposals, quotations, and contracts.
  • Negotiate pricing and service agreements with clients.
  • Work closely with finance and legal teams to finalize deals.

5. Networking & Brand Positioning

  • Represent Envicion Studio at industry events, trade shows, and networking sessions.
  • Develop partnerships with complementary businesses and agencies.
  • Enhance the company’s brand presence through strategic collaborations.

6. Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Maintain sales pipelines and track progress using CRM tools.
  • Provide regular reports on business development performance and revenue targets.
  • Identify key areas for growth and suggest improvements.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving mindset.
  • Experience in advertising, branding, or digital marketing is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with the property development industry is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
