  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Front Counter Support:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming walk-in or invited drivers.
  • Facilitate the sale and distribution of rider gear (delivery bags, uniforms, etc.).
  • Oversee driver onboarding and activation.
  • Provide assistance with registration issues and answer queries during the sign-up process.
  • Conduct follow-up calls to drivers to check registration progress and encourage activation.

Backend Operations:

  • Screen and verify driver profiles.
  • Handle document uploads (e.g., bank details, ID, licenses).
  • Create and maintain accurate driver profiles.
  • Perform quality checks and validate driver accounts for ShopeeFood.

Warehouse Management:

  • Pick and pack items for online orders.
  • Perform stock counts and inventory checks.
  • Update driver records and monitor deliveries.
  • Manage stock movement and storage.

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills for data entry and profile management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
