  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are seeking a charismatic, highly personable, and dynamic Partnership Coordinator to establish and nurture strong relationships with local communities, schools, and rural areas. The ideal candidate will serve as the key liaison, fostering collaborations and strategic partnerships that align with our organization's mission and growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively engage and build meaningful relationships with community leaders, educational institutions, local organizations, and rural stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute outreach plans to establish new partnerships and enhance existing relationships.
  • Organize and participate in community meetings, events, and workshops to raise awareness and promote collaborative opportunities.
  • Identify local needs and communicate these effectively to internal stakeholders to tailor impactful partnership programs.
  • Maintain consistent communication with partners, ensuring strong, ongoing relationships.
  • Track, document, and report partnership outcomes and feedback to measure impact and inform future initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in community outreach, partnership management, education, or similar roles.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and networking skills; must be naturally engaging and able to quickly build rapport.
  • Ability to independently plan, organize, and manage partnership activities.
  • Strong understanding and empathy for diverse community dynamics, especially in rural areas.
  • Proven ability to adapt to varying community needs and dynamics.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to rural and remote communities.

Preferred Skills:

  • Background in education, community development, social work, or nonprofit sectors.
  • Experience working collaboratively with schools or rural community groups.
  • Proficiency in local languages or dialects, depending on the area of operation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
