  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • Load/unload parts, distinguishing and identifying proper tooling/collets/fixtures
  • Programming and set up cnc to complete new product and different functions
  • Change the tooling of the cnc machine
  • Observe machine operation to verify accuracy of machine settings and to detect malfunctions or out-of-tolerance machining, using precision measuring instruments such as micrometer and dial caliper.
  • Adjust machine control, including part process.
  • As agreed, inspects tools for sharpness and usability, deburr and report concerns to line manager
  • Verify “first piece inspection” using appropriate measuring instruments
  • Post edit cnc programmed to “fine tune” process for optimum performance
  • Generally, monitor the work being undertaken and completed, testing and taking critical measurements to identify problems and the need for adjustment and to immediately make any adjustments as necessary
  • Undertake cnc, inspection, maintenance and cleaning (including fluid check etc)
  • Maintain accurate data/records/documentation associated with your work
  • Carry out planned tasks in accordance with contract/agreed requirements on services and associated systems
  • Carry out tasks within allotted time limits
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards, policies and procedures, codes, and legislation including health and safety
  • Immediately report problems/failures that may impact on the organization and/or its clients/customers to line manager
  • Contribute towards the smooth running of the team
  • Responsibly use resources and control expenses to meet agreed budgetary controls
  • Adhere to all organization policies and procedures.
  • Any other tasks as assigned by the superior.

Job Requirements:

  • SKM Certificate or Diploma in any related field
  • 2 years of related experience required.
  • Must be able to operate CNC lathe , setting and programming.
  • Must be able to lead a team and able to work in shift
  • Strong organization and attention to detail.
  • Sound people-leading & team-building skills
  • Good team player and able to work under pressure
  • Maintain an environment of openness, trust, and integrity.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
