  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our Express Delivery team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and maintaining excellent customer relationships to ensure the growth and success of our express delivery services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential customers through various sources, including online research, company databases, and referrals.
  • Initiate outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and promote our express delivery services.
  • Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions to meet their express delivery requirements.
  • Present and explain the features and benefits of our services, addressing any questions or concerns clients may have.
  • Close sales and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and the company’s express delivery services.
  • Provide accurate information to customers about pricing, delivery times, and service options.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving sales processes and customer service.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and handle objections effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Knowledge of the express delivery or logistics industry is a plus.
