We are looking for an experienced and proactive Freight Customer Service Assistant Manager to join our team in Bukit Raja, Klang.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise customer service team in freight/logistics operations
- Handle and resolve customer inquiries and shipment issues efficiently
- Liaise with clients, shipping lines, transporters, and internal departments
- Monitor shipment status and ensure timely delivery and documentation
- Prepare reports and support continuous service improvement
- Assist in training and performance evaluation of team members
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure service satisfaction
Work Location:
- Bukit Raja, Klang
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in freight forwarding / shipping / logistics is required
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Leadership and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Knowledge of freight forwarding systems or Asolute system is an added advantage
