Key Responsibilities:

Immigration and Compliance:

  • Stay up to date on immigration laws, visa requirements, and labor regulations in various countries.
  • Assist foreign employees with obtaining necessary work permits and visas, ensuring compliance with local laws.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for foreign employees, ensuring compliance with international regulations.
  • Medical check up arrangement in Panel Clinic

Hostel Management:

Accommodation & Housing:

  • Manage the accommodation and hostel arrangements for foreign employees, ensuring comfortable, secure, and compliant housing options.
  • Negotiate rental agreements, manage lease contracts, and ensure housing is properly maintained.
  • Coordinate with facility management to ensure the safety and cleanliness of hostel accommodations.

Employee Welfare

  • Address any accommodation-related issues or concerns raised by foreign employees and resolve them in a timely manner.
  • Ensure that foreign employees have access to necessary amenities and services in the hostel (e.g., utilities, internet, common areas).
  • Organize and monitor periodic inspections of the hostel to ensure the maintenance of housing standards.

Vehicle Management:

  • Handling in company property and insurance such as equipment, motor vehicle, road tax and claim.
  • Oversee vehicle scheduling, allocation, and usage, ensuring that transportation needs are met in a timely manner.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings through efficient use of the vehicle fleet and maintenance scheduling.

General Administrative Duties:

  • Maintain and update HR records related to foreign employees, housing arrangements, and vehicle usage.
  • Provide periodic reports to management regarding the status of HR operations, housing issues, and vehicle management.
  • Liaise with external vendors (e.g., vehicle leasing companies, accommodation providers) to secure services at competitive rates.

Requirements:

  • Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR management, preferably with a focus on foreign employee management.
  • Proven experience in hostel management or housing coordination for foreign employees.
  • Strong knowledge of mmigration regulations, and expatriate management.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficient in HR software, Microsoft Office Suite, and any relevant vehicle management software.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
