  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

1. Air Conditioning and Chiller Systems

  • Conduct routine inspections on HVAC and chiller systems.
  • Record all maintenance and servicing activities related to cooling systems.

2. Electrical Systems

  • Perform inspections, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems and equipment.·
  • Ensure the safe and efficient operation of all electrical components.

3. General Maintenance

  • Perform daily maintenance tasks based on facility plans and standards.
  • Supervise external maintenance contractors and ensure quality of work.
  • Handle repair tasks as required in service order lists.

4. Safety and Operations

  • Adhere to company regulations and safe operating procedures.
  • Take responsibility for personal safety while performing tasks.
  • Execute emergency tasks as needed.

5. Record Management and Utilities

  • Record electricity and water meter readings and manage utility bill collections.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance work.

6. Training and Skill Development

  • Attend training sessions to enhance technical and electrical skills.

Job Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in building M&E and Airconditioning.
  • SPM/Diploma/Certificate in Air conditioner equivalent qualification.
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Advanced understanding of general maintenance procedures and techniques.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
