  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description: Regional Finance Manager
As a crucial member of the finance team, the Regional Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing and leading the finance operations of the group. The role involves:

  • Leading the Group finance team and reviewing work done by subsidiary finance teams.
  • Preparing Group consolidation quarterly and related schedules for the listed parent company and disclosure purposes.
  • Producing reports for management and the parent company.
  • Ensuring that regulatory deadlines are met at the group level.
  • Developing long-term business plans based on financial reports.
  • Budgeting and forecasting for the business.
  • Managing the software maintenance renewal team.
  • Liaising with external auditors, tax agents, and the company secretary.
  • Strengthening internal controls and driving process improvement.
  • Mentoring and guiding other finance team members.
  • Overseeing the ERP system used by the finance team.
  • Managing the cash flow of the group companies.

Requirements:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
  • ACCA, CPA, or CA qualification is highly preferred.

Skills & Experience:

  • Several years of experience in the Finance and Accounting field.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to assess complex financial data.
  • Negotiation skills and the ability to build strong working relationships.
  • Commercial and business acumen to make informed financial decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A keen attention to detail and a desire to thoroughly analyze data.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively.
