As an Course Counselor, your role will involve directly engaging with prospective students to drive enrollments. You will focus on converting leads, promoting our programs, and providing personalized guidance to ensure students choose the right educational path & enroll in our programmes. Your primary objective is to make sales by effectively communicating the value of our offerings and supporting students through the enrollment process.

Job Description:
1. Prospect Engagement and Conversion: Engage with prospective students through various communication channels such as phone calls, emails, and social media, to understand their educational goals. Provide tailored information on programs and guide them through the decision-making and enrollment processes, ensuring a smooth and supportive experience.
2. Lead Nurturing and Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with prospective students by consistently following up on leads, addressing concerns, and providing additional information. Utilize CRM tools to track interactions and personalize communications, enhancing the likelihood of conversion.
3. Program Promotion and Information Dissemination: Actively participate in promoting both on-campus and online programs by hosting webinars, virtual open houses, and information sessions. Present program details compellingly, answering questions, and addressing any concerns to encourage enrollment.
4. Consultative Selling Approach: Use a consultative approach to understand the unique needs and aspirations of each prospective student. Offer customized program recommendations, scholarships & financial aids that align with their career goals, enhancing the likelihood of enrollment and long-term satisfaction.
5. Targeted Outreach and Community Engagement: Develop and execute outreach strategies to engage specific student demographics, such as working professionals or recent high school graduates. Attend universities, community events, career fairs, and industry networking opportunities to promote the college’s programs and establish relationships with potential students.
6. Event Planning and Coordination: Plan and coordinate events such as open houses, campus tours, and webinars that showcase the college’s offerings. Ensure these events run smoothly and provide prospective students with valuable insights into the educational experience.
7. Student Onboarding and Support: Assist newly enrolled students with their transition into the college by providing comprehensive information on resources, orientation, and initial coursework. Act as a point of contact for any questions or issues they may encounter, ensuring a positive start to their academic journey.
8. Digital Engagement and Social Media Interaction: Engage with prospective students through social media platforms, responding to inquiries and participating in relevant online discussions. Leverage social media to build rapport, answer questions, and guide students to the appropriate resources or next steps in the enrollment process.
9. Enrollment Reporting and Performance Analysis: Generate regular reports on enrollment activities, including lead conversion rates, sales pipeline status, and campaign effectiveness. Use these insights to refine sales approaches and set actionable goals for future student recruitment efforts.
10. Competency in Product Knowledge: Continuously expand knowledge of the college’s programs, online learning platforms, and industry trends. Ensure that all information provided to prospective students is accurate, current, and relevant to their needs.
11. Sales Strategy Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with ongoing campaigns. Provide insights and feedback from student interactions to refine marketing strategies, ensuring they resonate with the target audience and drive enrollments.
12. Market Insights and Competitor Analysis: Conduct regular market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and potential student needs. Use this data to adjust sales strategies, improve program positioning, and identify new growth opportunities.
13. Feedback Loop and Continuous Improvement: Collect and analyze feedback from prospective students regarding their experience during the inquiry and enrollment process. Share insights with the marketing and admissions teams to improve communication strategies, program offerings, and the overall student journey.
14. Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to stay informed about program updates, new offerings, and student success stories. Use this information to better inform and engage prospective students, ensuring that sales efforts are aligned with academic goals.
15. CRM Management and Data Accuracy: Maintain accurate records of all prospective student interactions within the CRM system. Ensure that data is regularly updated and used effectively to track progress, manage follow-ups, and analyze sales performance.
16. Event Documentation and Logistics: Manage marketing materials, registration, venue bookings, and logistics for seamless event execution.

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
