Job Description: - Handle the full spectrum of payroll processing. - Prepare payroll reports for the Accounts Department. - Liaise with government authorities (KWSP, LHDN, Perkeso, HRDF) when necessary. - Maintain and update employee leave records and documentation. - Keep employee insurance and panel clinic information up to date. - Manage and organize HR documents for both new and existing staff. - Prepare documentation and liaise with agents for work permit applications/renewals. - Assist with office pantry supplies and administrative tasks as needed. Requirements: - Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - 1-2 years of HR or administrative experience (preferred). - Strong attention to detail, multitasking, and organizational skills. - Ability to communicate effectively across all levels. - High level of confidentiality in handling sensitive information. - Process payroll using UBS and SQL Payroll software (preferred).
