Role Overview:

The Brand & Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the company’s branding and marketing strategies. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong eye for design, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively. The successful candidate will act as the Brand Guardian for the company, ensuring consistency across all marketing touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Management

· Act as the Brand Guardian, ensuring consistency in visual identity, tone of voice, and messaging across all marketing materials and platforms.

· Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistent application by internal teams and external partners.

· Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external designers to maintain a cohesive and professional brand image.

· Conduct periodic brand audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure brand standards are upheld.

Marketing Strategy & Execution

· Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote USEA's products and services.

· Create and manage marketing campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.

· Plan and oversee content creation for various marketing channels, ensuring alignment with the company's brand strategy.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support marketing initiatives and achieve business objectives.

Social Media Management

· Develop USEA's social media strategy, content plan, and calendar, with a strong focus on LinkedIn.

· Create compelling social media content and copy that effectively communicates key messages to the target audience.

· Coordinate with the external design team to produce high-quality visuals for social media campaigns.

· Monitor social media performance, track key metrics, and adjust strategies to improve engagement and reach.

Customer Service Management

· Oversee customer service interactions in alignment with the brand's tone and values.

· Manage and guide a Customer Service Executive or team to ensure customer queries and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.

· Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve the overall customer experience.

· Understand the role of customer service in enhancing brand reputation and customer loyalty.

Qualifications & Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.

· Proven experience in branding, marketing strategy, and content creation.

· Strong aesthetic design sense with the ability to maintain brand consistency across materials.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Proficiency in social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn.

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

· Strong organizational and project management skills.

· Experience in customer service management is beneficial but not mandatory.

· Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Canva is a PLUS.
