Admin Cum Receptionist
We are currently seeking a highly organized and professional Admin Cum Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front-desk operations while providing administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and coordinate maintenance of office equipment.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and document management.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
- Provide clerical support, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception and office area.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
Professional appearance and customer-oriented attitude.
