Job Summary:
- The Administrative will play a key role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our office.
- This position involves a variety of administrative tasks,including managing correspondence,schedule meetings,and maintaining records.
- The ideal candidate is highly organized,detail-oriented,and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Job Description:
- Assist with the Finance Executive day to day tasks - daily transaction
- Assist to ensure all accounting records and bookkeeping transaction across all jurisdiction are updated via systems
- Assist Finance Executive in month-end and year-end closing activities
- Perform administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, researching, and data compilation.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
- Responsible for daily administrative tasks.
- Responsible in preparing reports as requested by superiors.
- Ensure timely filing and maintain a proper filing system.
- Processing and documentation of invoices, billings, correspondences, and other documents related to supplier, clients or principal.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent
- No work experience required.
- 5 Internship position(s) available.
- Required skill(s): MS Office, MS PowerPoint.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- Applicants must be willing to work in Batu Caves, Selangor
Contract length: 3-6 months
Allowance: RM500.00 per month
