  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and efficiently process orders, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Handle payment collections from customers in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build and nurture strong business relationships with customers, offering support and advice on product applications.
  • Resolve customer complaints by coordinating with the appropriate internal teams to ensure timely resolution.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including developing new customer accounts to expand the client base.
  • Analyze sales data, forecast future trends, and assist with budgeting and financial management tasks.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support business operations.

Requirements:

  • Sales experience required, with a proven track record of meeting targets and building client relationships.
  • Experience in the plumbing, fire systems, or HVAC industry is an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in a relevant field preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
  • SPM or higher education level is required.
  • Proficiency in multiple languages (English and Bahasa Malaysia is a must; proficiency in additional languages is a plus).
  • Malaysian citizens or individuals with relevant residence status.
  • Own transport is essential for site visits and customer meetings.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills are a must for identifying opportunities and addressing challenges.
  • Ability to work half-day on Saturdays (alternate weeks).
