
Recruitment Specialist
Job Responsibilities:
-Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-ups
-Utilize various recruitment channels (e.g., social media, job portals, referrals) to attract top talent
-Collaborate with department managers to understand hiring needs and ensure the right talent fit
-Maintain and update the talent database, continuously optimizing recruitment strategies
-Organize and participate in recruitment events to enhance employer branding
-Handle recruitment-related administrative tasks and provide regular hiring reports
Requirements:
-with a good understanding of hiring processes and interview techniques
- Aged 35 or below, energetic, and eager to learn and grow
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of managing recruitment tasks independently
-Detail-oriented, responsible, and well-organized with good time management skills
-A team player who can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
