Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Guest Service Assistant (Hotel Receptionist) located in the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The Guest Service Assistant will be responsible for greeting guests, managing reservations, handling check-ins and check-outs, and answering phone calls. Additional duties include providing information about hotel amenities, addressing guest inquiries and requests, and ensuring a high level of customer service at all times.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Receptionist Duties and Reservations Management
  • Strong Phone Etiquette skills
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service and handle guest inquiries effectively
  • Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
  • Fluency in English and additional language skills are beneficial
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Hotel Management are advantageous
  • Malaysian citizenship
