Responsibilities :

  • Supervise and coordinate all on-site activities to ensure smooth execution of interior design projects.
  • Oversee contractors, subcontractors, and laborers to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is carried out to the highest quality and in accordance with the design plan.
  • Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies on-site promptly.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Monitor project timelines and budgets, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project completion.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily site activities, progress reports, and any changes or issues encountered.
  • Other duties and assignments to be assigned by the Management as and when necessary.

Requirements :

  • Candidate must posses at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma or Degree, preferably in Architecture, Interior Design and Construction Management.
  • At least 2 to 3 years of working experience related to site management and supervision in Construction Industry.
  • Excellent leadership, time management skill, able to meet tight deadlines and well communication
  • Strong creative sense, understanding of construction processes, materials, and quality standards as well as able to work independently and self-motivated.
  • Sound technical knowledge and capable in solving technical and site issues.
  • Ability to read and interpret design drawings and specifications.
  • Willing to travel, preferably possess own transport.
  • Knowledge on Interior Design and M&E works and able to draw detail drawing (AutoCAD) will be advantage.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.
