Responsibilities :

Supervise and coordinate all on-site activities to ensure smooth execution of interior design projects.
Oversee contractors, subcontractors, and laborers to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is carried out to the highest quality and in accordance with the design plan.
Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies on-site promptly.
Collaborate closely with project managers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Monitor project timelines and budgets, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project completion.
Maintain accurate records of daily site activities, progress reports, and any changes or issues encountered.
Other duties and assignments to be assigned by the Management as and when necessary.

Requirements :

Candidate must posses at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma or Degree, preferably in Architecture, Interior Design and Construction Management.
At least 2 to 3 years of working experience related to site management and supervision in Construction Industry.
Excellent leadership, time management skill, able to meet tight deadlines and well communication
Strong creative sense, understanding of construction processes, materials, and quality standards as well as able to work independently and self-motivated.
Sound technical knowledge and capable in solving technical and site issues.
Ability to read and interpret design drawings and specifications.
Willing to travel, preferably possess own transport.
Knowledge on Interior Design and M&E works and able to draw detail drawing (AutoCAD) will be advantage.
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.
