  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • Manage multidisciplinary engineering projects and identify opportunities with new contractors.
  • Provide technical support for review/preparation of proposals, including customer meeting during project development stage.
  • Provide technical direction to project during project kick off stage testing, PV system commissioning and performance monitoring.
  • Manage inventory, procurement, and budgeting for the branch to achieve financial objectives.
  • Lead on project budget control with detailed BQ understanding and possible cost improvement with value engineering for Close Won Projects.
  • Lead and drive Sales Team to meet sales target and involve in tender submission
  • Prepare current and look ahead quarterly project delivery plan and bridge gaps with all key stakeholders from various department to steer project outcome as per forecast plan.
  • Promote a culture of safety and compliance among branch team

Requirements

Minimum 8-10 years of work experience in Engineering preferably Electrical or Construction industry

Proven leadership role for minimum 2-3 years

Years of on-job experience in managing Solar PV project is a plus point

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Project

Skillset in ERP System, Power Bi, Power Automate and other Project Management tools will be an added advantage.

Ability to lead, multitask and perform effectively within tight deadlines

Willing to travel/relocate for projects across Sarawak, sometimes to other Borne regions
