The Specialist, Radio Planning & Optimization, plays a key role in ensuring the radio network performs optimally by executing planning and optimization tasks. This position focuses on achieving network KPIs and maintaining high-quality network performance for the department. The role includes analyzing RAN performance data, improving user experience, managing RAN parameters, and handling traffic balance strategies. Additionally, the Specialist will collaborate with vendors to resolve performance issues and handle daily planning and optimization tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and optimize the radio network to meet KPIs and network quality targets for the department.
  • Radio Network Planning and Optimization for the assigned region.
  • RAN performance data and analysis, user experience improvement and provide solution for problem rectifications.
  • Handling RAN parameter, mobility and traffic balance strategy.
  • Responsible for daily task and performance resolution with RAN vendors.

Job Requirements:

  • Posses a degree in Telecommunications or Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
  • At least 5 years of experience in RF Planning and Optimization.
  • Good in resolving network quality issues with network optimization and troubleshooting experience.
  • Strong motivation to learn new technology.
  • Able to manage vendors in accomplishing daily planning and optimization tasks.
