Senior Manager Talent Management
Job Summary
This role supports the Group CHRO in developing talent and organizational capabilities to drive sustainable growth and high-performance culture. The position involves conceptualizing, designing, and implementing talent management and leadership development frameworks, including assessment, succession planning, competency-based programs, and change management strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness and talent retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to develop talent and leadership capabilities aligned with strategic goals.
- Provide insights on best-in-class talent management practices and address critical business needs.
- Implement effective talent assessment methodologies for leadership placements.
- Drive talent reviews, succession planning, and talent calibration processes.
- Design and deliver learning and development solutions tailored to business needs.
- Lead change management efforts to support talent and leadership initiatives.
- Manage talent pipeline, governance, and mobility across functions and businesses.
- Develop and implement a Leadership Development Framework for emerging and experienced leaders.
- Utilize talent analytics to evaluate program effectiveness and inform talent strategies.
- Champion diversity and inclusion in talent management initiatives.
- Manage vendor partnerships for impactful and cost-effective service delivery.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Organization Development, HR, or related fields.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in talent management and organizational development.
- Proven expertise in leadership development, talent frameworks, and succession planning.
- Strong background in program design, facilitation, and data-driven decision-making.
