Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to develop talent and leadership capabilities aligned with strategic goals.
  • Provide insights on best-in-class talent management practices and address critical business needs.
  • Implement effective talent assessment methodologies for leadership placements.
  • Drive talent reviews, succession planning, and talent calibration processes.
  • Design and deliver learning and development solutions tailored to business needs.
  • Lead change management efforts to support talent and leadership initiatives.
  • Manage talent pipeline, governance, and mobility across functions and businesses.
  • Develop and implement a Leadership Development Framework for emerging and experienced leaders.
  • Utilize talent analytics to evaluate program effectiveness and inform talent strategies.
  • Champion diversity and inclusion in talent management initiatives.
  • Manage vendor partnerships for impactful and cost-effective service delivery.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Organization Development, HR, or related fields.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in talent management and organizational development.
  • Proven expertise in leadership development, talent frameworks, and succession planning.
  • Strong background in program design, facilitation, and data-driven decision-making.
