Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media content strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
- Manage social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and user interaction.
- Prepare press releases, PR kits, and marketing copies for media outreach.
- Optimize SEO & ASO content to improve organic visibility and drive app/website traffic.
- Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Craft compelling ad copies for digital marketing to improve conversion rates.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing data-driven insights for improvement.
- Oversee e-commerce marketing initiatives to enhance online presence and sales.
- Manage and lead subscriber sales strategies for both B2B and B2C markets.
- Oversee and manage daily platform operations to ensure smooth functionality.
- Develop and implement operational processes and procedures to enhance efficiency.
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve key operational and business goals.
- Track and analyze platform performance using data visualization and analytics tools.
- Identify and resolve operational challenges, ensuring optimal workflow.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and development teams to maintain operational excellence.
- Develop and manage operational budgets, forecasting future needs.
- Continuously optimize and enhance platform performance through process improvements.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Operations, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing and/or operations (preferably in technology or social media).
- Proven expertise in social media management, marketing campaigns, and digital advertising.
- Strong understanding of project management, process improvement, and operational efficiency.
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau).
- Excellent copywriting skills, with the ability to market to Chinese-speaking audiences.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with SEO, ASO, SaaS marketing, and e-commerce strategies is a plus.
- Ability to multitask, meet tight deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to speak and write in Japanese and English fluently.
- Ability to work in Osaka, Japan.
