Responsibilities

- To build, manage, supervise and drive a team of Sales Engineers in areas of guidance, problem solving, job efficiency and morale.
- To provide support and motivation to achieve organizations objectives.
- Conduct weekly sales meeting to review the progress of the sales activities and monitor the performance on a monthly basis.
- To review with Sales Engineers regularly on his latest customer’s progress, update him on new management policies, and provide head office with solutions to problem encounter.
- Plan, forecast and materialize sales target.
- To ensure all relevant report/documents are accurate and submitted to management promptly.
- Based in Kuala Lumpur Branch Office with frequent travel within Malaysia
- Degree/Diploma in Electrical / Electronic Engineering with preferably 2~4 years’ of sales management experience in the electronics industry.
- Preferably with technical background in areas relating to electrical/electronics equipment.
- Prior experience in Renewable Energy and Battery related applications experience will be a plus.
- Able to work in a fast pace environment and learn/assimilate new technology quickly
- Dynamic, Independent and able to adapt to multi-tasking environment
- Possess own transport and required to travel within Malaysia
