Manager, Brand & Marketing
Job Summary
This is a vital role for the planning and execution of companywide brand and marketing strategies, brand management and marketing of consumer campaigns that are aligned with our business objectives. You will work alongside multiple stakeholders to manage initiatives to drive brand and customer growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the ideation and conceptualization of marketing and activation strategies for consumer and brand campaigns to support sales and customer growth.
- Manage and execute 360-degree marketing and brand activation from planning, execution, and reporting.
- Create targeted campaigns with content that are suited to the unique needs of target segments.
- Collaborate with inter-departmental teams to develop and execute strategies that align with business objectives.
- Support the Chief Market Management Officer (CMMO) Office on selected special/corporate projects and execution of project management for Growth and Customer Centricity agenda.
- Manage the collaboration and relationship with key partners across diverse industries to create synergistic brand collaborations, sponsorships and partnerships.
- Responsible to obtain and study market information, identify competitive movement, and develop measures to overcome competitive threats.
- To identify partnership opportunities and work across departments to ideate and create activities to optimize brand exposure and foster loyalty in the community.
- Liaison and management of CMMO Office for industry related matters.
- To ensure adherence to relevant regulatory, compliance & guidelines requirements (internal & external).
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- At least 10-12 years of experience in marketing and brand management, or similar roles, preferably in financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of marketing and brand strategy and activation.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and partners.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data and campaign reports.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative brand approaches.
- Familiarity with market trends, competitor analysis, and consumer behavior.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power Point and Excel.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining consistent brand standards.
- Willing to travel for events as and when needed.
- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is preferred to manage marketing materials
