Responsibilities
- Participate in processing of regular ongoing payrolls for 5,000+ employees in the Americas Region.
- End to end processing of monthly payroll to ensure payroll processes are executed appropriately and in a timely manner.
- Review, reconcile, and analyze payroll reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Ensuring that payroll activities, results and processes are compliant with company policies and statutory requirement.
- Participate in retrospective review meetings with payroll vendor.
- Exploring opportunities to simplify and automate payroll processes to ensure maximum cost-efficiency and effectiveness.
- Handle queries and investigate request in related to pay and statutory related matter.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to achieve high quality outcomes and deliverables.
- Stay up to date on state and federal payroll and tax laws.
- Temporary assignments or projects as the lead or team member.
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 1 year of Payroll operations knowledge/practical experience or experience with ADP or other major platforms is a plus.
- Computer literate and knowledgeable on Microsoft Office applications.
- A team player with pleasant personality, good attitude, and the ability to work independently.
- Strong organizational skills and an attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion.
- Strong sense of commitment and urgency to meet tight deadlines.
- Able to support during public holidays and out of working hours.
