Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 (M365) Program Manager to lead the planning, implementation, and adoption of M365 services within the organization with more than 20,000 Active Directory Users. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of M365 tools, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and more, and will drive the workplace transformation strategy through effective program management and cross-team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of M365 implementation projects, from initial planning to deployment and post-implementation support.
  • Coordinate and oversee various stakeholders, including IT, business leaders, and external vendors, to ensure smooth integration and rollout of M365 tools.
  • Drive adoption and usage of M365 tools by developing training materials, conducting workshops, and offering ongoing support.
  • Negotiate and review contracts and SLAs Microsoft and third-party vendors to ensure effective delivery of services
  • Implement and manage a change management strategy for a smooth transition to M365.
  • Monitor usage and satisfaction metrics of M365 to ensure utilization, cost optimization and identify opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

  • Proven experience in program managing project in migrating more than 10,000 M365 users and deploying new features in M365 suite.
  • Microsoft certifications such as Microsoft Certified: M365 Certified are preferred.

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 platform, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and other M365 tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is preferred.
  • Microsoft Certified: M365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert is a plus.

Experience:

  • Experience with M365 migrations and integrations (from on-premises solutions to the cloud).
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and frameworks.
