- Attend to walk-in and phone/email enquiries from parents in a professional and friendly manner
- Assist in student registration, class scheduling, and record keeping
- Provide guidance and information about our programs to prospective parents
- Coordinate with teachers and parents on students’ progress and needs
- Manage attendance and ensure smooth daily operations at the center
- Follow up with parents for feedback, payments, or documentation
- Assist in center events, meetings, and administrative support tasks
- Minimum SPM or Diploma education background encourage to apply.
- Friendly, patient, and customer-focused personality
- Language proficiency in Mandarin and English is required (as we communicate with parents in both languages)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer literate and comfortable with basic administrative tasks
- Able to work on weekends (with weekday off)
- Previous customer service or education center experience is an added advantage
