Property Sales Executive

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Penang. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales, managing client relationships, developing sales strategies, and achieving revenue targets. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, participating in sales meetings, and providing market feedback to the team.
Qualifications
- A minimum 2 years of working experience in sales, business development related field.
- Knowledge of the property/real-estate industry is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of Chinese would be an added advantage.
- Willing to travel outstation/overseas, work on weekends, public holidays and when required.
