Digital Marketing Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies focused on lead generation, leveraging Line and Meta channels.
- Align strategies with the healthcare platform's objectives, ensuring brand consistency and optimal user engagement.
Lead Generation:
- Implement lead generation campaigns using various digital channels, optimizing for high-quality leads and conversions.
- Utilize advanced targeting techniques to reach the right audience and maximize lead acquisition.
Social Media Management:
- Strategize and manage marketing activities on Line, IG and Facebook, leveraging the platforms’ features for engagement and lead generation.
- Build and nurture an engaged Line community, fostering brand loyalty and driving traffic to the healthcare platform.
Performance Marketing:
- Develop and manage performance marketing campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram) to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
- Optimize ad placements, budgets, and creatives based on data-driven insights to achieve optimal ROI.
Content Creation and Management:
- Collaborate with the content team to create compelling and relevant content for digital campaigns, aligning with healthcare industry experts, partners, standards and guidelines.
- Ensure content resonates with the target audience and drives desired actions.
Event Planning and Execution:
- Conceptualize, plan, and execute engaging marketing events for special health days throughout the year that align with the platform's goals and resonate with the target audience.
- Coordinate all aspects of event planning, including logistics, promotion, attendee engagement, and post-event analysis.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and analyze the performance of digital marketing efforts, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
- Make data-driven decisions and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and achieve KPIs.
Collaboration and Team Management:
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to digital marketing initiatives.
- Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering a culture of growth and innovation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field.
- Proven 4+ years experience in digital marketing, particularly in the healthcare sector, with a focus on lead generation and performance marketing.
- Strong understanding of healthcare industry regulations and compliance related to digital marketing.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management skills.
