SCOPE OF ROLE:
Overall responsible to ensure sanitation and cleanliness of outlets and food related areas, equipment and utensil, and to support the preparation for operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Reports to the F&B Assistant Manager / Outlets Manager/ Assistant Lounge Manager.
- To be responsible for the daily smooth operation of the food & beverages section.
- To ensure drive on upselling for today’s special or monthly promotions and must be practice at all the time within team member in terms of upselling on ala carte.
- To ensure the high quality and consistency of the food served.
- To ensure the cleanliness and hygienic practices in food handling.
- To ensure replenishment food at the food counter includes beverages and etc.
- To clear and clean all tables after being used by the guest.
- To maintain and to keep clean the food counters at all times.
- To ensure that the areas where the goods are kept are kept clean at all times.
- To cooperate and work in a team towards development implementation, maintenance and improvement of the quality management system.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3 - 5 years' of relevant experience.
- Excellent customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
- Open-minded and adaptable to changing environments.
