JOB DESCRIPTION

Site based activities

  • Take full ownership of the management of projects through the full project lifecycle.
  • Attend daily site safety meetings, manage HSE documentation, conduct site safety audits for the works, attend daily weekly, HSE, site progress and coordination meetings.
  • Working in live electrical environment with experience in permit to work.
  • To supervise, monitor and control daily works at the project site and adhere to document control procedure.
  • To plan, coordinate and monitor subcontractor’s activities at project sites.
  • To maintain good housekeeping and implement safety practices
  • To ensure that all works carried out are in accordance to the drawings, specifications, construction plan, procedures, work instructions, etc.
  • To review and monitor site work productivity and arrange for resources as required.
  • To Witness Manage or perform the carrying out of inspection and tests by E sub-contractors as per “Inspection and Test Plans” and use all quality control mechanisms in the quality management system. Results of such to conform to specifications.
  • Manage documentation for testing of electrical and ELV systems.
  • Perform testing of electrical boards onsite.
  • To submit sample materials and calibration certificates to relevant consultants for approval.
  • To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver projects to time, cost and high quality ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, value for their money and a profitable return for ATS.
  • Deliver projects with ATS Consultants & Engineers as well as engagement with and management of 3rd Party Suppliers, Partners and OEM’s.
  • Undertake full stakeholder management for assigned projects including the preparation & presentation of sales proposal right through to regular formal project reports and finally formal customer project acceptance through the ATS and customer project gating standards.
  • Full financial & schedule control of the project from quotation to delivery to achieve the required business margin which must also include full financial reporting in terms of claims management, invoicing forecasts to completion, Earned Value and “Estimate At Completion”.
  • Formal handover of project & all deliverables to Service & Support organisations before Project Closedown.

Education Level

  • Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Engineering (Electrical / Electronic) or equivalent. Preferably candidate who experienced in Engineering - Electrical Construction ELV, SCADA, BMS
  • Experience in Large construction projects (E/M&E, BMS) for minimum 5 years.

Other Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft applications. Excel, projects, procore, aconex.
  • Prince2, PMI or APM
  • IT and/or Automation qualification
