About the RoleWe're looking for a Customer Success Executive who thrives on helping others, loves solving problems, and can keep cool under pressure. You’ll be the go-to person for our clients—making sure they feel heard, supported, and empowered to get the most out of our AI solutions.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys both tech and people, and wants to grow within a fast-paced, fast-growing startup environment.
- Be the first point of contact for client inquiries—solve problems, offer solutions, and ensure a positive experience.
- Work closely with the tech team to troubleshoot client issues and provide real-time feedback that helps improve our platform.
- Understand each customer’s business goals and challenges to ensure our solutions deliver real value.
- Lead new users through smooth onboarding: offer product training, technical assistance, and proactive support to drive adoption.
- Stay calm and empathetic, even in challenging client situations.
- Track, document, and escalate issues when necessary to ensure timely resolution and transparency.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; relevant experience in customer service or client-facing roles is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to think clearly under pressure.
- Comfortable learning and explaining tech concepts—basic understanding of AI is a bonus, but curiosity is key.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Empathetic, composed, and great with people.
- Passionate about helping others and building relationships.
- Professional, proactive, and highly organized.
- Able to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
- Willing to take initiative while working closely with the COO and other team leads.
