Job Goals

  • Provide end-user support by understanding and troubleshooting issues related to B2B, WMS systems, and other applications.
  • Extract reports from the ERP system as per user requirements.
  • Support other business applications, including MSTR(Business Intelligence ) and MYWAVE.
  • Assist in documentation, budget tracking, and administrative support for system-related projects.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

1. System Support & Troubleshooting

  • Provide first-level support to end users for Business Application/Systems.
  • Identify, analyze, and troubleshoot system issues with end users and escalate to programmers when necessary.
  • Work closely with Business Solution Division to resolve technical or application-related issues.

2. Reporting & Data Analysis

  • Extract reports from the application/system based on user requests.
  • Collaborate with users to understand reporting requirements and formatting needs.
  • Ensure data accuracy and provide insights where needed.

3. Business Administration & Budget Tracking

  • Assist in tracking and managing IS or project-related budgets.
  • Prepare cost analysis reports for software, licensing, and IS expenses.
  • Support purchase requests and approvals for IS-related items.
  • Maintain and organize financial and administrative records for IS projects.

4. Application Customization & Project Support

  • Assist in Business Application or system and other application-related projects.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure projects align with business goals.

5. Documentation & ROP Management

  • Prepare user guides, ROPs (Right Operation Procedure), and process documentation for end users.
  • Regularly review and update ROPs, incorporating new settings or practices when required.
  • Maintain administrative documentation related to IS projects, ISO27001 standard and support activities.

6. Other Responsibilities

  • Undertake ad hoc tasks as assigned by management.

Required Knowledge and Skills

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve user issues.
  • Strong communication skills to liaise with end users, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Basic database knowledge for troubleshooting and report extraction.
  • Understanding of system workflows.
  • Business administration knowledge, including budgeting, cost tracking, and documentation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and documentation.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in application support or business administration is a plus.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
