Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our day-to-day operations. In this role, you will oversee staff management, ensure outstanding customer satisfaction, and handle food & beverage operations. Your expertise will also drive strategic initiatives to expand our business footprint, contributing to the growth and success of Aoligei Sdn Bhd.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily restaurant operations to guarantee excellent service and quality.
  • Lead, mentor, and train a dedicated team to achieve high customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee food and beverage management, ensuring consistency and quality in every service.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in restaurant management (previous Japanese or fusion cuisine experience a plus).

  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of improving operations and guest satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of bar management, including beverage menus, cost control, and inventory management.
