Role Overview:
The National BD Manager will be responsible for driving sales, managing key accounts, and expanding business opportunities by selling a blend of IT staffing and solution-based services. This role requires expertise in consultative selling and the ability to identify and deliver customized IT workforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to acquire new clients and expand existing accounts.
- Identify and approach potential customers in the IT sector, particularly those requiring staffing and solution services.
- Lead and manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions to client needs.
- Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine business strategies.
Requirements:
4-5 Years Experience in selling IT staffing & solution-based services (both are a must).
Proven track record in business development within the IT industry.
Strong consultative sales and solution-selling skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
Familiarity with target industries and competitor landscape.
Strong English communication skills (no other language required).
Open to both local and expatriate candidates.
