Executive (Human Resource Department)
The Asian International Arbitration Centre (Malaysia) (AIAC), (formerly known as KLRCA) was established in 1978 under the auspices of the Asian-African Legal Consultative Organisation (AALCO) and pursuant to a Host Country Agreement with the Government of Malaysia.
The AIAC is the first regional arbitration centre established by AALCO for the provision of institutional support in the conduct of domestic and international alternative dispute resolution (ADR proceedings).
The AlAC Team is highly committed, motivated, and constantly looking to innovate, implement, and promote ADR in Malaysia and internationally. The AIAC is now looking for an Executive to join the Human Resources Department.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in managing new hires Onboarding and employee resignation Offboarding.
• Assist to record and update employee records and other HR-related documentation, including
attendance and leave matter.
• Assist in updating and maintaining the HR training folder and managing the HRDCorp portal.
• Assist in managing employee benefits, including medical insurance.
• Assist in Centre events.
• Assist in administrative matters in relation to the Human Resources Department.
• Assist and support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and trainings and
• Carry out all other duties that are directed by the Senior Management and the Head of Human
Resources.
Requirements:
• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of proven working experiences as a HR Executive or similar role and fresh graduates
are encouraged to apply.
• Computer literate, particularly with Microsoft applications.
• Knowledge and compliance of employment law and regulations and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with attention to details, willingness to develop &
learn new skills.
• Discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism at all times.
• Positive and pro-active attitude towards work.
