Rewards & Policies Manager (Human Resources)
Overview:
The Rewards & Policies Manager is responsible for providing advisory support to various lines of business in reviewing, designing and proposing rewards related solutions in line with the aspiration of the business and overall rewards philosophy of the Bank. This role reports to the Head of Rewards.
Job Responsibilities:
- Review all rewards related matters and to propose necessary changes to support overall rewards philosophy.
- Point of reference for all rewards related policy matters.
- Provide strong analytical support to the Head of Rewards in the implementation of any Compensation & Benefits initiative/ exercise.
- Conduct annual job matching/ evaluation exercise for the purpose of the Compensation & Benefits market survey.
- Administer the annual performance appraisal, year-end performance bonus and salary review exercise.
- Analyze and interpret staff data trend for management reporting.
Jobholder Requirements:
- Malaysian citizen.
- Preferably with a Degree in Human Resource, or any related field.
- Minimum 5 years of related experience.
- Consulting experience will be an added advantage.
- Analytical and comfortable with numbers.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong organization & planning skills.
