- Act as the primary point of contact between senior management and internal/external stakeholders.
- Manage senior management’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.

- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents for meetings.
- Organize travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Monitor and respond to emails, phone calls, and correspondence on behalf of senior management.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.
- Strong problem-solving skills and proactive mindset.
