Your new role

  • Oversee all operational facets of the platform business to ensure process efficiency, system functionality, and productive teamwork. Strategically align operations with business objectives while coordinating across finance, procurement, marketing, and customer service to meet organisational goals.
  • Drive continuous improvement and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and quality across operations. Lead revenue optimisation efforts to ensure company targets are achieved and exceeded.
  • Deliver exceptional, customer-focused operations by providing high-quality products and services that surpass expectations. Enhance satisfaction and retention through engagement initiatives while driving revenue growth with strategic product upselling efforts.
  • Guide the team to meet procurement value targets while ensuring alignment with organisational goals. Oversee invoice management, timely processing, and payment collections to maintain financial compliance and revenue stability.
  • Foster and sustain strategic relationships with key partners, agencies, and government entities to boost product promotion and market positioning. Lead task force engagements and craft impactful business proposals to drive company growth and revenue expansion.
  • Facilitate regular team meetings to ensure alignment across customer service, procurement, and technical operations. Collaborate with CEO and rest of leadership team to support negotiations and address cross-company operational challenges effectively.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Minimum a Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 15-20 years of experience in business operations, with at least 10 years in senior management overseeing multiple departments.
  • Strong background in IT products, services, and market trends, with experience managing tech-driven business operation and a proven track record in account management and driving strategic decisions and market mapping for the revenue growth of the company.
  • Knowledge of procurement processes, logistics, vendor negotiations, and quality assurance standards in the IT industry.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, channels, and cross-functional teams.
