  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to platform operations.
  • Generate reports and insights to improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance platform performance.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in operations, e-commerce, or online marketplace management.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools is an added advantage.
