Key Responsibilities:

1. Brand Strategy & Management

  • Plan and execute brand campaigns, including new product launches, seasonal promotions, pop-up events, and strategic brand partnerships.
  • Oversee both online and offline marketing activities, ensuring impactful execution and desired business outcomes.
  • Stay ahead of market trends and consumer behaviors to develop innovative marketing strategies for increased brand exposure and conversion.

5. Project Management & Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Manage and oversee brand marketing projects, ensuring timely execution and high-quality output.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (product, operations, design, sales) and external partners (agencies, media, suppliers) to drive brand initiatives.
  • Conduct regular market analysis and competitive benchmarking to refine brand strategies.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Brand Management, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of brand management experience, preferably in the tea beverage, F&B, or FMCG industry.
  • Skills:
  • Strong expertise in brand promotion, content marketing, product launches, event planning, and project management.
  • Sharp market insights with the ability to develop impactful brand campaigns and communication strategies.
  • Excellent storytelling and branding skills, with proficiency in new media and social platform engagement.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills to drive execution.
  • Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making capabilities to optimize brand strategies.
  • Languages: Fluent in English; proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
