Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Brand Management, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of brand management experience, preferably in the tea beverage, F&B, or FMCG industry.
- Skills:
- Strong expertise in brand promotion, content marketing, product launches, event planning, and project management.
- Sharp market insights with the ability to develop impactful brand campaigns and communication strategies.
- Excellent storytelling and branding skills, with proficiency in new media and social platform engagement.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills to drive execution.
