Responsibilities:

1. Branding & Graphic Design

  • Create eye-catching marketing materials such as event banners, advertisements, digital content, tenant promotions, and corporate presentations.
  • Develop brand-consistent visuals for all communication channels, ensuring alignment with corporate identity.
  • Oversee the creation of brochures, posters, flyers, and digital assets for promotional campaigns.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to translate concepts into visually appealing designs.

2. Video Editing & Motion Graphics

  • Design and edit promotional videos for social media, digital screens, and in-mall displays.
  • Create animated ads, motion graphics, and video content to enhance audience engagement.
  • Ensure all video content aligns with the brand’s tone, style, and objectives.

3. Digital & Social Media Content

  • Design static and animated content for social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok).
  • Develop interactive digital assets such as GIFs, reels, and short-form videos to boost engagement.
  • Work with the marketing team to develop creative strategies for digital campaigns.

4. Team Collaboration & Project Management

  • Refine and enhance design work to ensure high-quality output that aligns with brand standards.
  • Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Stay updated on design trends, digital marketing trends, and new tools to enhance creative output.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Advertising, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in design and branding, preferably in mall, retail, or property marketing.
  • Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, InDesign), Figma and Canva.
  • Experience in video editing & motion graphics is mandatory.
  • Sound knowledge of brand guidelines and identity.
  • Strong attention to detail, creativity, and storytelling ability.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
