You Will Play An Important Role To
- Coordinate, direct and control the work of the sales personnel and ensure the achievement of sales targets and objectives.
- Ensure good knowledge of the market and monitor competitors' activities and provide any marketing data for management's information.
- Communicate with the field sales force on the company policies, product development, sales programs.
- Appraise the performance and assist in the training and development of sales personnel.
- Ensure all relevant market/business information relating to the credit worthiness and/or financial standing of any sales prospects are communicated earliest to all sales personnel and take necessary business protection action immediately.
- Ensure Company stated credit terms are adhered to and be responsible for all collection of debts from customers in a timely manner.
- Ensure leasing arrangements for customers are adhered to strictly and complete all relevant documentation in the shortest possible time.
- Reviews market analyses to determine customer needs, price schedules, and discount rates.
- Monitors and evaluates the activities and products of the competition.
- Maintains good relations with customers, advise them of Company's services and provide product and pricing information.
- Close liaison with technical team on any technical problems and ensure they are attended to immediately.
- Handling corporate account with good presentation skill
- Strong passion in helping customers in their business digitization journey and have established a comprehensive client base through your past & current sales roles.
- Passionate about sales and derive satisfaction in being able to articulate the business benefits of Konica Minolta’s IT offerings and deliver positive outcomes that enhances & improves your client’s business.
- A strong team player and have demonstrated the ability to collaborate effectively with different internal supporting business units such as Support, Engineering, Operations & Marketing.
