  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:
-To conduct call monitoring on the calls that have been made by the respective telemarketers to ensure sales obtained comply with tele-script and product features/Membuat pemantauan kualiti terhadap rekod panggilan yang telah dibuat oleh call centre agents
-To objectively assess and provide constructive feedback on the quality of phone handling skills of telemarketers according to preset criteria
-Benchmark our quality standard with the market trend on an on-going basis

Requirements:
-Candidates must possess at least a Higher Secondary, STPM, A Level, Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field
-Required language: Bahasa Malaysia
-Computer literate
-Training provided
