They are currently seeking Channel Retail Sales Personnel to manage and expand their channel accounts.
Job Description
The Channel Retail Sales Personnel will be reporting to the senior manager of the organization and will be accountable for driving the overall productivity and effectiveness of the retail accounts. Amongst the many responsibilities some are listed below:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, distributors, and other sales channels.
• Identify and acquire new channel partners to expand the brand's market presence.
• Act as the main point of contact for retail accounts, handling inquiries, negotiations, and follow-ups
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance across retail channels, adjusting strategies to optimize results.
• Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and promotions within the channel network.
• Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, tracking the performance of each channel partner.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
The Successful Applicant
• Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field.
• Additional certifications in sales management or retail would be a plus.
• 2-5 years of experience in retail sales, channel sales, or account management.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience managing relationships with retail partners or distributors.
• Experience in the consumer electronics or home appliances industry.
