  • Have in-depth knowledge of the dealership’s vehicles, finance options, and sales processes
  • Showcase vehicles and explain features, specifications, and warranties to customers
  • Convince customers to test drive and make a booking
  • Answer customer inquiries regarding cars, financing, and the purchase process
  • Accompany customers on test drives
  • Coordinate sales with the Finance and Operations department
  • Follow up with leads and track potential customers to close sales
  • Prepare and provide weekly and monthly sales reports to the Sales Manager
  • Generate leads and develop sales plans in consultation with the Sales Manager
  • Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets set by the company
  • Promote and drive sales of new vehicles to meet scheduled targets
  • Organize and participate in roadshows, sales activities, and launch events
  • Conduct sales visits and follow-ups to assess customer satisfaction
  • Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification
  • Experience in the Automotive Industry is preferred
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English (additional languages are an advantage)
  • Exceptional Customer Service Skills, including interpersonal communication and rapport-building
  • Pleasant personality with good Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Resourceful and able to work with minimum supervision
  • Enjoys meeting people and understanding customer needs
  • Dynamic, charismatic, and customer-oriented
  • Valid car license holder
  • Willing to work in Autoville Cyberjaya showroom
