- Have in-depth knowledge of the dealership’s vehicles, finance options, and sales processes
- Showcase vehicles and explain features, specifications, and warranties to customers
- Convince customers to test drive and make a booking
- Answer customer inquiries regarding cars, financing, and the purchase process
- Accompany customers on test drives
- Coordinate sales with the Finance and Operations department
- Follow up with leads and track potential customers to close sales
- Prepare and provide weekly and monthly sales reports to the Sales Manager
- Generate leads and develop sales plans in consultation with the Sales Manager
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets set by the company
- Promote and drive sales of new vehicles to meet scheduled targets
- Organize and participate in roadshows, sales activities, and launch events
- Conduct sales visits and follow-ups to assess customer satisfaction
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification
- Experience in the Automotive Industry is preferred
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English (additional languages are an advantage)
- Exceptional Customer Service Skills, including interpersonal communication and rapport-building
- Pleasant personality with good Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Resourceful and able to work with minimum supervision
- Enjoys meeting people and understanding customer needs
- Dynamic, charismatic, and customer-oriented
- Valid car license holder
- Willing to work in Autoville Cyberjaya showroom
